Advising across the whole process from refining the buy side strategy and sourcing targets, through to leading the acquisition/DD process and raising acquisition financing to complete the transaction. We can become an imbedded part of your internal buy-and build team.

Raising financing across the capital structure (e.g. senior, mezz, equity) and various instruments (e.g. unsecured, secured, bridge, long term) to finance growth, acquisitions, refinancings or a cash need. We have a deep network of alternative capital providers (e.g. private debt funds, challenger banks, P2P, family offices) interested in European SMEs.

Manny Lidhar has 10+ years of experience in the corporate finance space with previous roles at ING in their Leveraged Finance team and at Rothschild in their Investment Grade Debt Advisory team. He has worked on a combination of £1bn+ transactions for listed corporates to smaller investment grade in nature companies.
Recognising a passion he has for advising SMEs and a gap in the quality of the advice provided to entrepreneurs , he joined CreditSquare which was an SME focused corporate finance firm. He since took over the mandates at CreditSquare and launched Almeida Advisory to continue providing high quality and trusted advice to European SMEs.
Every engagement at Almeida Advisory is led by Manny, who is supported by a team of consultants and senior advisors. Ultimately ensuring companies receive the best advice throughout the process and are never passed on to junior staff after signing an engagement.
